How it all began
My eldest son suffered with a dairy & egg allergy, and when it came to his first birthday, I found that there weren't many options available for bespoke children's cakes, especially for those with food allergies and intolerances. I spent the next year trying lots of different recipes in preparation for his second birthday, which lead to a real passion for baking and cake decorating. Before I knew it I was being asked to make cakes for friends weddings and birthdays, and I soon had requests from strangers too.
I decided to launch Wiggle Cakes as a business in 2016, and the oven hasn't been switched off since!
I have a 5* food hygiene rating, am fully insured, and always use quality ingredients and free range eggs.
